Gabon : Oligui Nguema envisage la création d’un nouvel aéroport à Libreville

C’est l’un des projets du président de transition annoncé au cours de son audience avec le secrétaire général du Conseil supérieur de l’Ordre gabonais des architectes Jean Noël Ngokouba, mercredi 1er novembre 2023.   Au cours d’une audience entre le président de la transition et le secrétaire général du Conseil supérieur de l’Ordre gabonais des architectes Jean Noël Ngokouba, deux projets d’infrastructures ont été révélés. Notamment la Création d’une nouvelle capitale à savoir « Libreville2 », et la création d’un nouvel aéroport de Libreville. Ce projet qui  a été plusieurs fois annoncé par l’ex président Ali Bongo mais n’a jamais vu le jour. Le président de la Transition a aussi demandé à Jean Noel Ngokouba de plancher sur l’aménagement des voiries urbaines et des voies de contournement. Le but, explique le palais Rénovation, est d’«étendre la capitale». 

Tout ceci dans les délais raisonnables Notons que ces deux projets n’entrent pas dans les principales missions que se sont assignées les militaires lors de leur prise de pouvoir au Gabon le 30 août 2023.
