Le bacon est particulièrement déconseillé aux personnes souffrant d’hypercholestérolémie. On retrouve 110 mg de cholestérol pour 100g de bacon. Les charcuteries, de manière générale, doivent absolument être évitée en cas de mauvais cholestérol.

Au total, 100g de gigot d’agneau renferme près de 100 mg de cholestérol.
L’entrecôte
