Dans l’entretien qu’il a accordé à la BBC, il a réitéré sa promesse de ne pas dépasser la durée de son mandat.
« Si le prochain président n’est pas élu le 24 [mars], je partirai de toute façon le 2 avril. C’est la date limite et je n’ai pas l’intention de rester un jour de plus », a-t-il déclaré.
